Construction of an 8,000 m² lighting pole manufacturing plant featuring integrated production lines, including plate cutting and bending machines, as well as laser welding equipment. The project scope included all civil works, including machine foundations, steel building erection, and complete electrical and mechanical works. The scope also covered external site development works, including 6,000 m² of storage yards equipped with 25-ton gantry cranes, together with their associated electrical works. In addition, the project included the construction of water service and fire protection tanks, roads and paving works, site landscaping, parking areas, electrical and transformer rooms, and a security building, with a total project value of SAR 8,250,000.

The project also included a 24-meter-high silo platform supporting 28 silos with capacities ranging from 20 m³ to 150 m³, founded on foundations extending to a depth of 9.0 m. In addition, the project comprised a 5,000 m² production hall and a ground-level silo storage area. The project scope included all civil works, steel production tower erection, and complete electrical and mechanical works, with a total project value of SAR 7,650,000.
