Galvanizing Plant

Project scope of work :

Construction of a 8,500 m² galvanizing plant, including eight treatment process tanks and acid storage tanks for the various galvanizing stages. The executed works included all civil works related to the main building, galvanizing tanks, and storage tanks in every detail, as well as the installation of the structural steel framework, 20-ton overhead cranes, and the complete electrical and mechanical works.

High-Voltage Transmission Tower Factory

Construction of a 22,000 m² manufacturing facility for high-voltage transmission towers, equipped with plate cutting and bending machines, punching equipment, welding machines, and other production systems. The scope included all civil works for the building and machine foundations, installation of the structural steel system, 25-ton overhead cranes, and execution of all electrical and mechanical works.

Lighting Pole Manufacturing Plant

Project scope of work :

Construction of a 22,000 m² lighting pole manufacturing plant, including plate cutting and bending machines, laser welding equipment, and other production machinery. The project included all civil works for the building and machine foundations, installation of the structural steel system, 25-ton overhead cranes, and complete electrical and mechanical works. In addition, the project included the construction of a 6,000 m² external site area featuring storage yards, 25-ton bridge cranes, roadworks, paving, landscaping, parking areas, utility tanks for water and fire protection, electrical and transformer rooms, and security buildings.

Electronic Chip Warehouse & Central Parking Facility

The project included all civil works, the supply and installation of the structural steel system for both the warehouse and the parking facility, as well as finishing works, electrical and mechanical installations, paving works, and overall site development.

The project included a 25,000 m² main production building, a 2,000 m² administration building, a 4,000 m² chemical storage warehouse, and various service facilities, including water and fire tanks, electrical and generator rooms, storage yards, and raw material areas.

The scope also included all civil works, structural steel installation, machine and furnace foundations, material conveyor tunnels, finishing works, electrical and mechanical installations, and fire protection systems.

Cement Products Factory

Execution of the complete construction works for the Cement Products Factory in Sudair Industrial City, with a total built-up area of approximately 4,350 m². The project included a 44-meter-high steel tower consisting of multiple levels to accommodate the production line, a silo platform with 28 silos ranging in capacity from 20 m³ to 150 m³ at a height of 24 meters, and foundations extending to a depth of 9 meters. The project also included a 5,000 m² production hall, ground-level storage silos, and all civil works, structural steel installation, as well as complete electrical and mechanical works.
